During my 7 1/2 years as a Royal Marines Commando, i served in an Anti-terrorism team at Fleet Protection Group Royal Marines (FPGRM) in Scotland. After tours in Northern Ireland and Iraq, I moved to Commado Logistics in North Devon where is started to represent the Royal Marines Unit rugby team, football team as well as representing the corps, Royal Navy and combined services in martial arts. After moving around the various commando units, i finished my career as a Royal Marines Commando at the famous 'Commando Training Centre, Royal Marines' at Lympstone, Near Exeter.
After my service career, i became a qualified Advanced Personal Trainer and became a BMF instructor straight after my Royal Marines Commando discharge.
My personal development has not stop since leaving the corps, with other fitness qualifications such as kettle bell training, core stability and advanced nutrition to name but a few. I am a UKCC/WRU Level 2 rugby coach, and head coach for Bridgend Athletic RFC Youth. I have recently finished a Degree in Rugby coaching and Performance, and currently in the middle of my last year of a BSc (Hons) Degree in Sports Coaching and Performance at the University of Glamorgan.
I love BMF as it gives me an opportunity to do what i love...Getting out in the open, meeting people and doing my best for clients to reach their goals through fun and good exercise.
