Congratulations to Vassili Papastavrou for being Bristol's MOTM. Vassili has recently been to and tackled Mont Blanc and has completed some mountain marathons.
Cardiff
Congratulations to Linda Donoghue for being Cardiff's MOTM. Linda always shows determination in sessions and she strives to be the best in her group.
Chester
Well done to Mirko Ajder for being Chester's MOTM. Mirko lives so close to the park he can roll out of his house and be there yet seems to be the last one to turn up, thus making Pete laugh !
Newport
Congratulations to Edward Saville for being Newport's MOTM. Edward broke his arm a few months back but never really took any time out...he just did the exercises he could do (lots of squats!). He shows true determination to carry on regardless.
